    Traveling Spirits Shipping and Return Policies

    When will my order ship? For standard shipping, we aim to pack your order within 1-2 weekdays. Shipping generally takes an additional 2-3 business days, depending on your location. Please allow up to five days from the time you place your order for it to arrive at your door. Orders placed between Friday and Sunday will be processed on Monday. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

    Do I have to be 21+ to order from Traveling Spirits? Yes, you must be 21 or older to place an order. Age verification will be conducted upon delivery.

    Do I have to be present to accept my delivery? Yes, an individual aged 21 or older with a valid, non-expired ID must be present to receive the shipment. When providing a shipping address, ensure that someone will be available to provide ID verification and a signature. Carriers will not leave packages unattended. In light of current health guidelines, carriers may verify IDs through windows or at a safe distance. Contact your carrier for more details.

    If your package is returned to our warehouse after three missed delivery attempts, no refund will be issued. Please contact your carrier to redirect to a hub before it is returned, or reach out to our team for a resend option. A $10 fee will apply if you choose to have your package resent.

    What if I need to cancel or modify my order? Once an order is placed, we cannot edit or cancel it due to our quick processing times. For any questions, email orders@enjoytravelingspirits.com.

    What if I provided the wrong address when placing my order? Contact us immediately at orders@enjoytravelingspirits.com or use the chat feature in the bottom right corner of our website. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to update your address.  If the redirect is unsuccessful, we can resend your order for a $10 fee.

    What should I do if my product is damaged or my order is incorrect? Email us at orders@enjoytravelingspirits.com with the details and include a photo of the damaged or incorrect items.

    How do I request a refund? Email us at orders@enjoytravelingspirits.com with your refund request, including any relevant photos and details.

    Returns Due to the perishable nature of Traveling Spirits products, we cannot process returns.
